1 Acceptance of Terms

11 Account Suspension & Termination

During a suspension period, paji999 may withhold account balances pending investigation. If the investigation concludes that no breach occurred, the account will be reinstated and any withheld funds returned. If a breach is confirmed, paji999 reserves the right to permanently terminate the account and forfeit associated balances.

Closure by the Player

You may request the closure of your paji999 account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Account closure requests are processed within 3 business days. Any eligible remaining balance will be returned to the player's registered payment method following successful KYC verification, provided no outstanding bonuses with active wagering requirements are attached to the balance.

Dormant Accounts
